One Time Costs
$2500 gets you:

  • Branded customer-facing app
  • Back Office App (BOA) for staff (optional if integrated but always provided as a back up)
  • Backend Website where your customer data resides and where you see your money and manage promotions.
  • Takes 30 days to be live on both Apple and Android platforms
  • Includes up to 5 locations

Additional locations are $500 each


Monthly Costs

  • $159 per location per month if integrated with your POS
  • $109 per location per month if you use the BOA without integration
  • Unlimited Users with either setup, you can mix and match based on location.
  • Minimum monthly pricing is two integrated locations ($318/mth)
  • Volume pricing starts at 26+ locations

We are fully integrated with Squirrel Systems. We can expedite any integration if you tell your POS provider you want us to be integrated. Our app is cloud-based, integrating with other cloud-based platforms is more straightforward than non-cloud based platforms.


Credit Card Processing Fees
There are 2 options (Stripe or Moneris)

  • Moneris fees are determined with your rep. There is a monthly fee + your rates.
  • Stripe – $0 monthly fee, 2.9% + $0.30 / transaction (Visa, MC, AMEX)

Neither company excepts debit and we do not use PayPal on purpose.

We keep our hands out of the money, the money flows from your customer through the app into your bank account, we only charge the setup fee and monthly fee.
